Wilson says the shaft flex, club length, grip size and swing weight are all set for women, which in practice means a softer, lighter shaft (the flex, marked L for ladies, is how much the shaft bends during the swing) and clubs shorter than a men's set.

It ranks first over the Strata Plus for one reason: length. A club of the wrong length changes how you stand to the ball, and the Strata Plus only comes in one length and one hand. Petite golf clubs for ladies
